Fastsport 12-Month Limited Warranty Policy

12-Month Limited Warranty and Replacement Responsibility

Fastsport provides a 12-month limited warranty for the original purchaser, covering confirmed manufacturing defects in eligible components.

This limited warranty starts from the date the bike is delivered, based on the order record or tracking record.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

A 12-month limited warranty does not mean that all parts can be replaced for free under all circumstances. Warranty support applies only to eligible components with confirmed manufacturing defects after Fastsport review.

Each Fastsport Dirt Bike comes with a unique service code, usually starting with J. The service code helps us identify your bike, order, production batch, and compatible parts. Please provide this service code when submitting a warranty request.

Warranty Request Procedure

If you believe your Fastsport Dirt Bike has a warranty-related issue, please contact Fastsport Support first.

When submitting a warranty request, you need to provide:

  • Order number
  • Service code
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Current mileage
  • Clear description of the problem
  • Whether the bike has been crashed, modified, exposed to water, repaired, or used in aggressive off-road conditions

Fastsport will not ship replacement parts before reviewing the required photos, videos, order information, and service code.

After review, Fastsport will determine whether the issue is related to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, assembly, normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modification, water damage, or other non-warranty causes.

Warranty support may include troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, paid parts support, partial compensation, return authorization, or warranty denial if the issue is not covered.

Fastsport reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and the appropriate remedy based on technical review, product condition, service history, available evidence, and parts availability.

Shipping Damage and Missing Parts Request Within 5 Days After Delivery

If the bike arrives with shipping damage, missing parts, visible defects, or obvious delivery-related issues, please contact Fastsport Support within 5 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Service code
  • Photos or videos of the damaged or missing part
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Clear description of the issue

Please keep the original box and internal packaging materials during this period. Original packaging may be required for damage review, return authorization, replacement handling, or carrier review.

Requests submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be treated as shipping-related issues and will be reviewed case by case.

Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage to free accessories or packaging materials may not qualify for replacement or compensation.

Covered Components

Fastsport's limited warranty mainly applies to key components that directly affect riding function. The following components may qualify for warranty support when a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • Battery system
  • Motor system
  • Controller system
  • Foot pegs
  • Kickstand
  • Chain
  • Front brake
  • Rear brake
  • Charger
  • Taillight
  • Tension roller

Listing a component in this policy does not mean that the component can be replaced for free under all circumstances. Warranty eligibility depends on the confirmed cause of the issue and Fastsport's technical review.

For parts such as the chain, brakes, tension roller, and foot pegs that may wear during riding or be affected by the riding environment, warranty support applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects. It does not apply to normal wear, off-road wear, incorrect installation, crash damage, impact damage, or issues caused by lack of maintenance.

Core Electrical System Limited Warranty

The core electrical system includes the battery system, motor system, and controller system.

Core electrical components qualify for warranty support only when Fastsport confirms that the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect under normal use.

Regardless of replacement parts, after-sales support, troubleshooting, compensation, or other after-sales handling, the warranty period of the core electrical system and its replacement parts will not restart, reset, or extend the original warranty period.

If Fastsport confirms that a core electrical system issue is a product quality issue or manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Fastsport will cover the reasonable shipping cost for the corresponding warranty replacement part.

If the issue is determined to be related to misuse, human-caused damage, improper operation, modification, crash damage, water damage, overloading, lack of maintenance, use of non-original charging equipment, unauthorized disassembly, or other non-manufacturing-defect causes, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and related costs for replacement parts.

Whether an issue is considered a manufacturing defect, product quality issue, misuse, or human-caused damage will be determined based on order information, service code, product condition, photos or videos, current mileage, usage history, and technical review.

Battery System

The battery system includes the original battery pack and its internal management components.

Under normal use, proper charging, and proper storage, battery warranty support may apply if a confirmed manufacturing defect causes the battery to fail to charge, fail to power the bike, or fail to function properly.

Battery warranty does not cover:

  • Gradual capacity loss from normal use
  • Range that does not meet personal expectations
  • Range changes caused by rider weight, speed, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, battery condition, or riding style
  • Over-discharge caused by long-term storage without charging
  • Improper charging
  • Use of a non-original or unapproved charger
  • Water damage, moisture damage, submersion, or mud/water intrusion
  • Impact damage, crash damage, or external force damage
  • Opening the battery, modifying the battery, rewiring, or unauthorized repair
  • Improper storage, misuse, neglect, or abnormal use

Battery capacity reduction over time is normal and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Range information shown on the product page is affected by many real-world factors and does not represent a fixed mileage guarantee.

Motor System

The motor system refers to the original motor unit installed on the bike.

Under normal use, motor warranty support may apply if a confirmed manufacturing defect causes the motor to fail to output power, fail abnormally, or fail to drive the bike properly.

Motor warranty does not cover:

  • Crash damage, impact damage, or external force damage
  • Water damage, mud/water intrusion, or moisture-related damage
  • Damage caused by overloading, long-term high-load riding, or abnormal continuous use
  • Damage caused by jumping, racing, stunt riding, or aggressive off-road abuse
  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, rewiring, or use of non-approved control components
  • Issues related to chain, tension roller, or drivetrain wear caused by normal use or lack of maintenance

Controller System

The controller system mainly includes the original controller and related core electrical control components.

Under normal use, controller warranty support may apply if a confirmed manufacturing defect causes the bike to fail to start, fail to output power, shut off abnormally, or fail to respond to control signals.

Controller system warranty does not cover:

  • Unauthorized controller replacement
  • Speed unlocking, tuning, rewiring, or unauthorized electrical modification
  • Failure caused by non-approved batteries, chargers, or electrical components
  • Water damage, moisture damage, or mud/water intrusion
  • Crash damage, impact damage, or external force damage
  • Wiring harness damage caused by pulling, cutting, wrong connection, or human damage
  • Damage caused by continuing to ride the bike after an abnormal condition has appeared

Other Functional Component Warranty Notes

Foot pegs, kickstand, chain, front brake, rear brake, charger, taillight, and tension roller are components that directly affect riding function or basic use experience.

These components may qualify for warranty support if a manufacturing defect is confirmed under normal installation and normal use, with no crash damage, impact damage, modification, or obvious human-caused damage.

The following situations are not covered for these components:

  • Normal wear or off-road wear
  • Crash damage, impact damage, rollover, or external force damage
  • Incorrect installation, adjustment, or failure to follow the manual
  • Chain stretch, chain wear, or tension roller wear
  • Brake pad wear, brake noise, or improper brake adjustment
  • Bent or broken foot pegs or kickstand caused by crash, impact, or improper use
  • Light damage caused by impact, water intrusion, wiring pull, or modification
  • Charger damage caused by misuse, dropping, water exposure, improper use environment, or abnormal power source

Consumable and Wear Parts Notice

Some components may still generate normal wear due to their use characteristics even if they are listed for warranty review. Unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the initial delivery inspection or technical review, routine wear after use is not covered.

  • Normal chain wear
  • Normal tension roller wear
  • Normal brake pad wear
  • Tire and tube wear, punctures, blowouts, or slow leaks
  • Surface wear or cosmetic scratches on foot pegs or kickstand
  • Plastic parts, stickers, and cosmetic part wear

Normal wear, off-road wear, tire punctures, tube leaks, chain stretch, brake pad wear, cosmetic scratches, mud, and similar riding-related conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover defects, damage, failure, wear, loss, accident-related requests, injury-related requests, property damage-related requests, or other service requests caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly, adjustment, charging, storage, or failure to follow the user manual
  • Lack of maintenance or continued riding after damage or abnormal conditions appear
  • Crash, collision, rollover, impact, or external force damage
  • Jumping, racing, competition use, stunt riding, or aggressive off-road abuse
  • Overloading or riding in unsafe or unsuitable conditions
  • Water damage, moisture intrusion, submersion, pressure washing, mud/water intrusion, or moisture-related electrical damage
  • Unauthorized modification, tuning, rewiring, controller replacement, battery modification, speed unlocking, or similar actions that cause failure, expand damage, or prevent Fastsport from determining the cause of the issue
  • Use of non-original or unapproved chargers, batteries, electrical components, or accessories that cause failure or damage
  • Tire punctures, tube leaks, chain wear, brake pad wear, tire wear, tension roller wear, or other consumable part wear
  • Scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, dirt, mud, sticker wear, or other appearance-related wear
  • Customer disassembly, repair, replacement of parts, or disposal of key components that prevents Fastsport from determining the cause of failure
  • Products with service code, serial number, barcode, or identifying label removed, damaged, altered, or made unreadable
  • Theft, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to severe weather, improper power source, or other external causes not related to manufacturing defects

If unauthorized repair, modification, rewiring, use of unapproved parts, or use of non-original charging equipment causes failure, expands the damage, or affects Fastsport's ability to determine the cause of the issue, the related components may not be eligible for free warranty support.
