Fastsport Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Fastsport Dirt Bike and related accessory orders purchased through official Fastsport channels.

Fastsport Dirt Bike is a large electric off-road product. Non-quality related returns must meet the conditions set out in this policy and must be authorized by Fastsport before the product is returned.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Fastsport Support as soon as possible at support@fastsportofficial.com

Before Shipment

If the order has not yet shipped, the customer may contact support to request cancellation.

Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a handling fee equal to 5% of the order amount. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the order has already entered warehouse processing, it may not be possible to cancel it immediately. The final result depends on the order status.

After Shipment

If the order has already shipped, direct cancellation is generally no longer available.

The customer may request a return after the product is delivered, subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

If the customer refuses delivery after the product has shipped, or if the package cannot be delivered, is returned, or is re-delivered due to customer-related reasons, the handling will follow the $160 fee rule in this policy. This fee follows the same rule as the non-quality related return fee and will not be charged twice.

2. 14-Day Window for Eligible Non-Quality Related Returns

For non-quality related returns, the customer must submit a return request within 14 days after delivery.

Non-quality related reasons include but are not limited to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the product, or personal preference.

To request a non-quality related return, the bike must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The bike must be in nearly new condition
  • Mileage must not exceed 5 miles
  • No off-road use marks
  • No dirt, dust, odor, or obvious signs of use
  • No crash damage, impact damage, water damage, or modification
  • No obvious wear
  • No missing parts
  • Original packaging must be kept
  • Charger, tools, keys, manual, and all included accessories must be complete
  • Service code, bike information, and order information must be verifiable

A bike with more than 5 miles, off-road use marks, damage, modification, missing parts, no original packaging, or conditions that affect resale may not qualify for a non-quality related return.

3. Non-Quality Related Return Fee

For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the related return costs.

The non-quality related return fee for a Fastsport Dirt Bike is $160. This fee helps cover return shipping, warehouse receiving, inspection, and reconditioning-related costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the customer refuses the package, or if the package cannot be delivered, is returned, or is re-delivered due to customer-related reasons, the same $160 fee rule will apply. This fee is the same fee as the non-quality related return fee and will not be charged twice.

Original shipping fees, large-item delivery costs already incurred, payment processing fees, and value loss caused by product use, damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may not be refundable.

Opened but unused or lightly inspected bikes must generally still have complete packaging and all included parts. If the returned product has incomplete packaging, missing parts, signs of use, cosmetic wear, or conditions that affect resale, reasonable inspection, cleaning, reconditioning, or value-loss costs may be deducted based on the actual inspection result.

4. Situations That May Not Qualify for Non-Quality Related Returns

The following situations may not be accepted for non-quality related returns:

  • Return request submitted more than 14 days after delivery
  • Mileage exceeds 5 miles
  • The bike has been ridden off-road or shows obvious signs of use
  • The bike has dirt, dust, odor, or obvious wear
  • The bike has crash damage, impact damage, water damage, modification, or human-caused damage
  • Charger, tools, keys, manual, or other included parts are missing
  • Original packaging is missing or seriously incomplete
  • Service code, serial number, barcode, or identifying label is unreadable
  • The customer returns the product without authorization
  • The returned product condition does not match the return request description

5. Return Request Procedure

Before returning any bike, please contact Fastsport Support at support@fastsportofficial.com and wait for return authorization.

When requesting a return, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Service code
  • Return reason
  • Current mileage
  • Overall photos of the bike
  • Photos of accessories, charger, tools, keys, and packaging

Fastsport will review the request based on order information, product condition, photos or videos, accessory completeness, and return reason.

After approval, Fastsport will provide return instructions. Please do not return the product without authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed and may result in additional fees.

6. Return Packaging and Return Shipping Responsibility

When returning a product, customers should use the original packaging and protective materials whenever possible. If the original packaging is missing, equivalent protective packaging must be used to ensure the bike and accessories are properly protected during return shipping.

Damage caused by improper packaging, missing protective materials, unsecured accessories, or return shipping may affect the refund amount or cause the return request to be rejected.

The returned product must include all accessories, tools, keys, charger, manual, and included parts from the original order. If the returned product has missing parts, damage, an unreadable service code, or a condition inconsistent with the request information, Fastsport will reassess the refund or after-sales handling based on the actual inspection result.

7. Damaged or Quality-Related Products

If the product arrives with shipping damage, missing parts, visible defects, or obvious delivery-related issues, please contact Fastsport Support at support@fastsportofficial.com within 5 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Service code
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Photos or videos of the damaged or missing part
  • Clear description of the issue

For confirmed shipping damage, missing parts on arrival, or product quality issues, Fastsport may provide replacement parts, exchange, compensation, or another appropriate handling solution.

If Fastsport confirms the issue as a product quality issue, we will cover the reasonable shipping cost required for the corresponding handling.

Shipping damage or missing-part requests submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be treated as shipping-related issues and will be reviewed case by case.

8. Quality-Related Return or Exchange Review

If the bike has a suspected quality issue, the customer must first provide the order number, service code, photos or videos, current mileage, and a description of the problem.

Fastsport will review the issue based on the cause, product condition, warranty eligibility, and parts availability.

For issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting, replacement parts, or other after-sales support, Fastsport will generally provide that support first instead of immediately approving a return or exchange.

A return or exchange will only be considered when Fastsport determines that the issue cannot be reasonably resolved through after-sales support.

9. Refund Processing

After the returned product arrives and warehouse inspection is completed, if the return qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes 7-15 business days. The actual posting time depends on the payment provider or bank.

If the returned product shows signs of use, missing parts, incomplete packaging, product damage, an unreadable service code, or conditions that affect resale, Fastsport may adjust the refund amount based on the actual inspection result.

If the customer has not received the refund after an extended period, please first check the original payment account and contact the card issuer or payment provider. If further assistance is needed, please contact Fastsport Support at support@fastsportofficial.com

10. Non-Refundable or Deductible Fees

The following fees or amounts may be non-refundable or may be deducted from the refund amount:

  • 5% handling fee for orders canceled before shipment
  • Original shipping fees
  • Large-item delivery costs already incurred
  • Payment processing fees
  • The related fee for non-quality related return, refused delivery, failed delivery, return, or re-delivery of a Fastsport Dirt Bike is handled under the same $160 fee rule. This is the same fee and will not be charged twice.
  • Replacement cost for missing parts
  • Value loss caused by product damage or signs of use
  • Costs related to incomplete packaging or return shipping damage
  • Inspection, cleaning, or reconditioning costs that affect resale

11. Important Return Notes

  • Items must not be returned without prior approval.
  • Unauthorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions will be refused and returned.

Fastsport reserves the right to determine return eligibility and refund amount based on order information, service code, product condition, photos or videos, accessory completeness, packaging condition, return inspection result, and service history.

Fastsport does not guarantee that every request will qualify for return, exchange, full refund, or compensation.
